About
I help women feel like themselves again - with steady energy, balanced hormones, and a way of eating that actually fits real life.
Because for many of us in our 30s and 40s, something starts to feel… off. Energy dips. Cravings increase. Sleep becomes less reliable. And the things that used to “work” suddenly don’t anymore. It’s not a lack of discipline. It’s not that your body is broken. Your hormones are simply changing, and your lifestyle needs to change with them.
My approach
I focus on simple, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle shifts that support your body, rather than fight it.
That means:
- Building meals that stabilise blood sugar
- Supporting energy, mood, and metabolism
- Creating structure without restriction
- Prioritising consistency over perfection
No extremes. No overwhelm. Just practical strategies that work in real life.
My story (the short version)
I didn’t always understand this.
In my twenties, I experienced the same cycle many women do; fluctuating weight, low energy, bloating, and feeling like I was never quite at my best.
I was working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment after studying politics, and while I loved that chapter of my life, my health wasn’t where I wanted it to be.
That’s what led me into nutrition, initially out of personal interest, and eventually professionally.
Over time, I moved away from restrictive thinking and towards a more holistic approach: understanding how food, stress, sleep, and lifestyle all work together to influence how we feel.
Now
As a busy working mother, I rely on these same principles every day, not perfectly, but consistently.
My focus now is helping other women do the same: to feel more in control of their energy, their appetite, and their overall wellbeing.

This isn’t about doing everything perfectly.
It’s about understanding your body, and giving it what it actually needs.
