My Story

Hello, and welcome to my website! I believe that by eating well, we can all live better lives, and my philosophy is to create food that will both nourish your body and excite your taste buds.

Throughout university and my mid-twenties I suffered from yo-yo-ing weight, bloating and fatigue. I graduated with a degree in politics, and went on to work within the field, having a blast in the work hard/play hard environment I found myself in. Although I thoroughly enjoyed my life, I always felt as though I wasn’t ever in peak health. Although I had always been a bit of a ‘foodie’ it was only in my mid-twenties that I began to find an interest in nutrition, and in food for nourishment rather than just basic energy and flavour. Of course, my cooking now is still big on flavour, but there is also a holistic element; in eating to best nourish my body.

I became so interested that I took a course to qualify as a Diet and Nutrition Advisor, and now have a thorough understanding of how to eat in order to look and feel amazing.

I work with clients to promote optimal health by making dietary and lifestyle recommendations and taking a holistic approach, getting to know their lifestyle and health journey so far, and devising targeted and personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to help maintain their wellbeing. There are no restrictive diets here, but a focus on adding in foods to make you feel fantastic.
